FAQ

Where do you produce and mount your art?

Steve Sabella works with Grieger Labs in Germany, one of the best labs in the world.

What about VAT?

We only charge VAT if the destination is to one of the European Union countries. Otherwise, during checkout, you will not see a tax charge. If your business is registered in the EU, you can claim your VAT back as Steve Sabella Studio is VAT registered. If you wish to have a VAT-free invoice, contact us, and we will bill you directly from the studio.

What About Customs?

Grieger prepares all the needed art papers for DHL to handle the shipment from door to door. Should there be any customs, and this depends on the country's laws you live in outside of the EU, you are responsible for these extra fees. In any case, Steve Sabella Studio will help all the way, and we rarely encounter issues.
