How Much is The Shipment?

The artwork's price includes shipment. 

 

Where do you ship from?

 All art is shipped directly from Grieger labs in Düsseldorf, one of the best art labs in the world. 

Depending on availability, some artworks may ship from Steve Sabella Studio in Berlin. 

 

Is The Art Crated?

Grieger makes professional and padded wood crates, creating all the necessary labels for customs and shipment. 

 

What Shipper Do You Use?

We work with DHL, and you are provided with a tracking number via email when the work is ready. 

 

What About VAT?

We only charge VAT if the destination is to one of the European Union countries. Otherwise, during checkout, you will not see a tax charge. If you are VAT registered in Europe, you can claim your VAT back as we are VAT registered. If you wish to have a VAT-free invoice, contact us, and we will bill you directly from Steve Sabella Studio to receive a VAT-free invoice.

 

What About Customs? 

Grieger labs prepares all the needed art papers for DHL to handle the shipment from door to door. Should there be any customs, and this depends on the laws of country you live in, Steve Sabella Studio is not responsible for these extra fees. And if they occur, they are marginal since they will most probably be on the production value invoice issued by Grieger. In any case, Steve Sabella Studio will help all the way.
